This page describes the Lazos website and its email waitlist. It does not describe the processing of conversations or relationship information inside the mobile app.
When you join the waitlist
The form asks for your email address and sends the language of the page with your request. We use these details to register your interest, confirm your signup and contact you about access to Lazos.
If you write to us directly, we also receive the information you include in that message. The waitlist form does not ask you to share conversations or details about your relationships.
Technical services
The website uses Vercel for hosting. Requests to the website involve technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Waitlist requests are sent to the Lazos team using Resend for email delivery and a Google Sheets integration for recording signups, depending on the configured delivery channels. These services receive the information needed to handle the request.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to leave the waitlist or stop receiving its messages by writing to contact@lazos.care. Use the email address you signed up with so we can identify your request.
You can also contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a question about its use. If you consider that your request has not been resolved appropriately, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
